Savannakhet University recently organized an academic meeting to finalize the development of Course 4 – Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), which is co-developed with National University of Laos!

This comprehensive course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to drive sustainable practices in the tourism and hospitality sector. The course features 5 key modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) 

Module 2: Alternative Concepts of EIA 

Module 3: Environmental Attributes 

Module 4: Environmental Management, Follow-up and Monitoring 

Module 5: Practical Application of EIA in Hospitality and Tourism

Together, we are committed to advancing zero-waste tourism and fostering a culture of sustainability across the tourism and hospitality industry.
