We held our monthly consortium meeting online yesterday, June 26th, to review our progress. A key focus was the ongoing report on knowledge and skills demand for zero-waste management in the tourism and hospitality sector. We also had productive discussions on developing upcoming zero-waste courses and training for academic staff. Also, we are preparing for our 1st interim meeting on October 16-17, 2025, in Athens, Greece. Stay tuned for more updates!
